September 09 - TCT Launches new CSR Initiative...
TCT's new CSR questionnaire provides a more holistic approach to evaluating suppliers' CSR policies. TCT now autoscores hotels and conference venues on a much wider set of CSR criteria than the standard measures such as carbon footprint figures.
For example TCT now requests information about the amount of water used by hotels and conference venues and also the extent to which a hotel supports schemes or activities to help the community is evaluated.
